Parent and Child Therapeutic Sessions

Filial Therapy sessions aren’t appropriate for every family. For families with busy homes with multiple children, implementing the home play sessions which are part of the Filial Therapy programme can be challenging and stressful. Therefore we can offer Parent and Child Therapy Sessions which would take place in our playrooms at Play Therapy Base.

• 14 weeks of therapeutic sessions
• Additional meeting
• End report/meeting

Group Filial Therapy (4 – 6 parents / carers)

15 week programme

• First Parent/Carer meeting
• Parent and Child observation
• Group meeting
• 10 weeks of Filial Therapy sessions
• End group meeting
